1. Job description:
– Management and procurement of equipment and stationery
– Check and monitor the use of assets, vehicles, machinery, tools, utensils, and office equipment; Check and monitor the closing of doors and turning off electrical equipment before leaving.
– Book airline tickets, car reservations, and restaurants when requested by the Board of Directors
– Make photocopies and notarize documents when required.
– Receive letters, parcels, express delivery… sent to individuals and departments at the corporation, compile documents and make monthly payments;
– Check and prepare meeting rooms and facilities for meetings, conferences and seminars of group leaders and group offices;
– Participate in welcoming guests, performing logistics for corporate events, receptions…
– Manage and use the seal in accordance with the Company’s regulations and the law
– Perform tasks in accordance with expertise as requested by direct management
2. Job requirements:
– Graduating from college or higher
– Communicative English effectively
– Have 6 months – 1 year experience in an administrative or archives position
– Have knowledge of document format and regulations related to clerical work;
– Arranging and organizing skills
– Office computer skills
– Communication skills, fluent and easy-to-listen voice
– Good independent and team working skills.
